Việt Nam wants to access the world’s knowledge, technologies and good models, but cooperation should not stop at receiving solutions that already exist. Through these connections, partners can jointly research, develop and test solutions that are better suited to Việt Nam’s practical conditions, said Nguyễn Thu Thủy, General Director of the Department of International Cooperation under the Ministry of Education and Training.
These efforts aim to create new spaces that encourage visitors to stay longer, spend more, and gain additional experiences in Bắc Ninh.
Held by the Bắc Ninh City Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee and Việt Nam Fatherland Front Committee to celebrate the establishment of Bắc Ninh City and its receipt of the first-class Labour Order, the programme highlighted the historical, cultural and revolutionary traditions of the Kinh Bắc region while expressing aspirations for the city’s development in a new era.
Bắc Ninh aims to become a leading national and regional hub for the electronics industry by 2030, with a specific focus on semiconductors, microchip manufacturing and artificial intelligence (AI).
The Politburo’s Conclusion 99-KL/TW issued on September 28 on the exploitation, management and protection of low-altitude airspace in the new development era sets a target for the low-altitude economy to become an important economic and technical sector by 2045, with high regional competitiveness and a contribution of about 1.5 per cent to national GDP.
